Tasks

For this exciting position, we are looking for experienced designers who would also like to take on management responsibility.
In summary, the position involves the following tasks:

Technical and disciplinary leadership of our colleagues in Slovakia and the Czech Republic
On-site management of our planning projects
Representation of the department on the local market
Close cooperation with our colleagues in Vienna
Interdisciplinary cooperation with specialist planners and consultants

Qualifications

Technical education in the field of architecture, structural engineering.
Excellent language skills in German and Slovak
Experience in personnel management
Ideally experience in the Viennese market and Viennese standards
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, assertiveness
Team spirit, social competence, readiness for action
Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and CAD software
